A sacred place where you are able to explore and hear your view of your world with no judgement.
My pronouns are she/her and I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor under BCACC. Before being a therapist, I am a Canadian East Indian woman, human, family member, jokester, food and wine lover, proud auntie, runner, party planner, and enthusiast. I created this page, so you can learn a little bit about who I am and my practice.
“Part of getting to know yourself is to unknow yourself—to let go of the limiting stories you’ve told yourself about who you are so that you aren’t trapped by them, so you can live your life and not the story you’ve been telling yourself about your life.”
Lori Gottlieb
I like to think of counselling as your sacred place. A sacred place where you are able to explore and hear your view of your world with no judgement. I view my clients and me as a team. As teammates, we will collect data from your world and try new things to make more sense of confusing or difficult experiences and emotions that have arisen.
