I believe knowing who your therapist is and how they work is important as it gives you space to create choice and meaning in your journey. There is no one fit all therapy for every human as we are all unique and create a sense of meaning in our own ways. Below are therapies I practice in my work. If you have any questions around specific therapies or are interested in a therapy that is not shared below, please ask! I would like to support you in anyway I can, even if that is pointing you in the direction of a resource or a therapist who is practicing a therapy you are interested in.

I support individuals in understanding the root causes of their anxiety and developing strategies, such as mindfulness, to manage it. My goal is to empower them to regain control over their thoughts and emotions, allowing them to reduce fear and stress in their daily lives.
I specialize in supporting individuals experiencing depression or low energy/mood, helping them reconnect with themselves and the world around them. My focus is to guide them in rediscovering their sense of purpose, meaning, and inner strength, so they can move forward in life with more hope.
Gender-based violence includes (but is not limited to) physical, sexual, emotional, and psychological abuse and it can happen in various forms such as intimate partner violence or sexual harassment. I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced this type of abuse to help them reclaim their lives.
I focus on helping individuals understand a deeper sense of who they are, including their values, core beliefs, and cultural identity. My goal is to help folks strengthen their sense of self, so they can feel confident, grounded, and empowered to make choices that align with their true authentic self.
Navigating relationships can be complex, as we tend to understand ourselves through our connections with others. I help individuals explore the quality of their relationships and develop healthy ways to manage conflict, allowing them to build connections that honour their needs, boundaries, and overall happiness.
Personal growth is a lifelong journey. I support individuals who are seeking a deeper understanding of themselves and their inner world, and wish to live with more clarity and purpose.
The effects of trauma can be difficult to see when we are immersed in it, especially without safe spaces for reflection and healing. I support individuals in uncovering and healing childhood, family, and historical wounds, helping them gain clarity on their sensitivities and patterns to foster deeper self-awareness and growth.
I use trauma-informed practices to help clients navigate the complexities, confusion, and pain of trauma. Specifically, I integrate EMDR to support clients in processing their trauma, so traumatic memories have fewer effects on their bodies, minds and hearts.
I support individuals facing difficult life transitions, helping them navigate feelings of loss, disconnection, and uncertainty about their identity. Through this process, I guide them in understanding their emotions, rebuilding their sense of self, and finding peace as they step into a new chapter.
Deepening the connection between mind and body fosters greater presence, intention, and awareness of how we navigate the world and how our surroundings shape us. In therapy, I use somatic-based approaches to help individuals tune into their bodies, unlocking this powerful connection for increased clarity, resilience, and embodiment.
